Estimated value excluding VAT: 831.790,00 lei

Contract duration: The duration of the contract is 1 month, calculated from the date of signing. The contract may be extended by additional periods of up to 6 months, provided that the cumulative duration falls within the limits and does not exceed the duration of the financing contract concluded by the Beneficiary with the Contracting Authority. Any extension will be made exclusively with the agreement of the parties, by concluding an additional act.

All individual envelopes will be placed in a sealed/closed envelope/package, on which the following will be stated: the name and address of the bidder, as well as the inscription „Do not open until the date of the bid opening meeting”. This envelope/package will have attached the Forwarding Letter, according to the proposed model.
