How do I find out if you have coverage at my address?
Send us your address through the form and we'll check availability right away. Our own network covers Bucharest, and for locations outside the city we look at dedicated solutions.
How long does it take to activate a new service?
It depends on the service and the infrastructure already in place at the location. You'll get the exact timeline after the technical assessment, before signing the contract.
How is installation carried out at a new location?
After the technical assessment, our team configures the connection and equipment on site and activates the services on the agreed date.
Can we migrate from another provider without downtime?
Yes. We plan the transition together, running both providers in parallel where technically possible.
Can we connect multiple sites into a private network?
Yes. We can provide connections between sites via dedicated circuits, L2 or VPN, with direct integration into the Data Center.
Who administers the hosted equipment and platforms?
Administration can be handled by your team or by the iNES team, depending on the configuration you choose.
