Candidate description:
- Student in terminal university year or technical faculty graduate;
- Medium knowledge of general networking (TCP / IP, switching, routing, NAT, DHCP, wifi, subnetting);
- Above average knowledge of the WINDOWS operating system (installation, maintenance, basic configurations, application installations) + LINUX knowledge (basic commands);
- Eager to learn new technologies;
- Good communication over the phone and in writing;
- Good communication and teamwork ability;
- Proactive and customer-oriented attitude;
- Availability to work under pressure;
- Availability to work in turns;
- English - medium / advanced.
Job description:
- Take customer alerts on emerging incidents, over the phone, via e-mail or other specific tools ;
- Provides remote technical support in accordance with the Established Service Agreement (SLA);
- Analyze and solve the reported incidents within the established responsibilities;
- Maintain contact with the customer and other parties involved until its resolution;
- Technical support for field operators;
- Monitor and report incidents and other issues and psuggest medium and long-term solutions;
- Contributes to verifying and updating documentation on technical solutions and working procedures
