Job description:

Take customer alerts on emerging incidents, over the phone, via e-mail or other specific tools;
Provides remote technical support in accordance with the Established Service Agreement (SLA);
Analyze and solve the reported incidents within the established responsibilities;
Maintain contact with the customer and other parties involved until its resolution;
Technical support for field operators;
Monitor and report incidents and other issues and psuggest medium and long-term solutions;
Contributes to verifying and updating documentation on technical solutions and working procedures.
