iNES IPTV interface allows for specific configuration which shall include only the selected TV channels.

For example, in the children’s rooms you can create a customized profile to include only cartoons and educational channels. Also, you can set the Parental Control to a level that shall restrict all movies rated as violent or with inappropriate content for children.

Master Profiles that provide access to all channels are protected by a 4-digits password which can be set by the user.

 

With the INES IPTV electronic program guide you can view any TV channel schedule for the following 7 days, on your TV screen, at any moment. Moreover, this facility also shows tv channel schedules on the previous days, which is useful if you want to play a certain past program using the Timeshifting option.

The channel schedule is shown on your TV screen by remote control operation, so you don’t need to interrupt your current viewing. EPG can be shown either in a brief format (information on the current program and the following program), or in the extended format which allows you to view all programs scheduled on the respective channels for the following 7 days and information on each program.

The iNES IPTV system can be set to emit alerts when a certain program of interest is about to start. For that, you should only mark the favourite program in the EPG and you shall be noticed a few minutes before scheduled time.

iNES IPTV platform allows you to record favourite programs on external memory devices (USB stick or hard-disk) connected to the USB port on the STB front panel. Thus, you can watch the records at any time, independently of the TV channel schedule.

The PVR option allows all commands specific to a recording device: forward/rewind, pause or watch another recording. Also, you can delete all records manually.

 

The Media Player feature allows you to play audio and video files, directly on your TV screen.

Connect the external memory device (stick or hard-disk), containing the audio/video files, to the USB port on the front panel of the Set Top Box). Then, go to the Media Player menu and select the audio/video file you want to play.
